EHS AWARD was instituted in 2014 with the aim of encouraging sustainable practices. Based on the staggering statistics from the International Labour Organization (ILO) with several hundreds of thousands of work-related fatalities, millions of people reporting sick due to work-related unsafe conditions, and millions of reported injuries, it has become necessary for us to begin some engagements with leadership in various organizations in Ghana and other parts of Africa to consider health safety and issues relating to the environment as part of the nucleus of their strategy systems.
