In 1977 Mr. Bart-Simpson joined Papcan Press Limited as the Sales Executive responsible for sourcing new customers and introducing new products to existing customers.

He joined Relebo Lines and Co. Ltd as the Operations Manager from 1983 to 1989, coordinating all clearing and forwarding activities with the major clients.

From 1989 to 2006 he became the Operations Manager for Sheik Lines & Company Limited, liaising with Statutory institutions such as Customs Excise and Preventive Service and Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority among others. Fred has been in his current position as a Director of Baj Freight and Logistics Limited since 2006. He has contributed immensely to the company by starting off the operations in Takoradi in 2010 which now manages a fleet of over 45 trucks.

Fred is one of the three owners and has handled the Logistics and Warehousing division of the company with excellence to date.

He is a degree holder in Social Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and

Technology and started his career as a tutor in Economics at Aggrey Memorial Zion Secondary School from 1984 to 1986.

He attended a course in 1986 leading to the award of Customs Proficiency Certificate. This propelled him into a career in Clearing and Forwarding and joined Relebo and Co. Ltd as the General Manager from 1987 to 2000.

With a sound educational background blended with experience in Shipping, Ato became a Director at Sheik Lines Company Limited from 1989 to 2000. He guided Sheik Lines to greater heights by providing strategic directions in all areas of its operations. He has been in his current position as a director at Baj Freight since 2006

Mr. Quagraine is one of three owners of Baj Freight & Logistics Limited and his key contribution to the company comes with over twenty-five years of work experience.
